Our appointment book is computerized which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. If you feel that you have an emergency please contact the clinic as soon as possible so that we can advise you on the next steps to take.

Emergency & Urgent Care                                                                    

If you have a pet emergency please contact the clinic as soon as possible, for advice. We will do our best to have your pet seen as soon as possible. If the emergency happens after hours, or we are unable to get your pet in we will provide you with a list of emergency veterinary clinics in the area that are open to assist you and your pet.

Cayuga Veterinary Clinic accepts payment via cash, Debit Card, MasterCard, or Visa. So that we can continue to provide you high quality service utilizing the best medical technologies, we request that payment be made at the time services are rendered.

We provide estimates for all surgeries and hospitalizations. If you have not received an estimate, you are welcome to request one at any time for your expected charges.

Discounts

Cayuga Veterinary Clinic offers a multi-pet discount if two or more animals are brought in on the same day for their annual vaccines and check ups.
